About Pizza Box

Pizza Box was founded in 2018 by a group of Hong Kongers who care a lot about pizza. We believe good pizza comes down to three things: good flour, long fermentation, and high heat. We use Italian Caputo 00 flour, cold-ferment our dough for 72 hours, and bake every pie in a 450 °C stone oven for around 90 seconds.

Alongside our signature Neapolitan pies, we also serve New York street-style slices, Detroit-style square pan pizza, and Hong-Kong fusion creations like Char-Siu & Pineapple, Roast Duck Pizza, and Typhoon-Shelter Chilli Prawn Pizza.
